We extend a 30 day, no-questions-asked return policy on unopened, unused products. Upon receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition at the purchaser's expense, Ready Hour will credit your original method of payment for the products purchased, less delivery charges. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or refund.
