New orders will ship on a first come, first served basis. We will send a tracking number to the email address you provide at checkout once your order ships.

Ready Hour offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the 48 contiguous United States. We ship most orders from our warehouse in 2-4 business days. The coronavirus emergency has caused some of our new orders that include food storage items to ship with a delay of up to 4 weeks at this time.
Where do you ship orders?
Ready Hour ships to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. Whenever possible, we will accommodate your request to ship to a P.O. Box. However, we reserve the right to ship large or heavy packages to your physical address.

Ready Hour offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We extend a 30 day, no-questions-asked return policy on unopened, unused products. Upon receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition at the purchaser's expense, Ready Hour will credit your original method of payment for the products purchased, less delivery charges. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
